    1. Good question. Free shipping only applies to U.S. orders. International orders pay exact shipping costs. The buy two get one free sale still applies. I’ll update the blog post.

    I would also like to pre order one of the Craig Elliot books, but I’m interested in the deluxe edition that’s in the works. Any thoughts on a price for that yet? you can email me directlly if you don’t want it posted here!

    1. Hi Justin,

      I came up with a cool idea that Craig likes for the deluxe. We just have to settle upon the limitation number and price. We’ll try and get this part wrapped up very soon. I’ll post a blog with all the details and update the book product page just as soon as we have all the details. Hopefully this will be by next week.
